Composition: Our boxes are made of oxford - a high-density material, inside there is thick binding cardboard in the walls, the kids will definitely not be able to bend it, and the picture is made of felt. The color of the picture can be changed, write your wishes in the comments to the order.

Full refund will not be possible for parcels with orders, which will be received back and marked as unclaimed. Dispatching methods I'm using REGISTERED AIRMAIL via the RussianPost, with Package Reference Number (track code) provided as a standard shipping, also EMS service is available for an upgrade. Shipment time is approximately 12-17 Business Days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on different destinations and estimates like bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, package being held up in customs, etc. We do not consider an item lost up to 8 weeks. Unfortunately sometimes international post tracking system works badly and it's update usually depends on the host country and their work. What does "Registered Mail" mean? Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the postman will not leave your package on your doorstep. He will leave you a note and you will have to collect your item at your local post office mentioned on the note. Please make sure you check your mailbox for this note regularly, after the average 2 and a half weeks shipping time is over. Your package might be waiting for you at the post office! And I’m sorry that I can’t involve on it. What can I say, sometimes post services (Canada, Germany, Australia) are totally autonomous, and as I understand, they gave each international parcel their own tracking number, that is why there are no any updates or they are very rare. Also I can recommend you to check your post office after 2,5 weeks, because I’m using registered air mail, and if you were not at home while delivery, they are not able to leave it near door.
